Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada and also offer shipping to the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the limited nature of our small-batch items, all sales are final. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@editorialgrid.com including your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue carefully and help make it right.
What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
