Because we are a small, curated shop and many of our items are limited in quantity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit on items once sold.

We encourage you to take a moment to review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@editorialgrid.com, including:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue with care and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
